  The worst aftercare service I have ever experienced was at this particular store (Manchester) Time and time again I was lied to about when my iMac would be returned to me following repair.

  Also somewhat shocked on returning home to see that my iMac has been hit off a wall of knocked in some way. Apple products are exceptionally aesthetically pleasing. If you want to keep yours that way avoid having this store repair it.

  Apple customer

  Some Apple staff from Trafford centre are very mean to some customers. Today, I went to apple Trafford centre genius bar regarding some issues on iPod touch. The genius guy could not give me much time for all of my problems so he referred me to another staff. The genius guy's service was satisfactory for me. I got help from really nice and kind staff for my macbook and iPod touch. Later on, I was updating my software for my iPod touch in the store, then, 2 apple staff who have seen me before came and talked to me, asked me what they could help. I was not holding onto them. I was just waiting for my update to complete. There, one of the managers came to me and told me not to ask his staff if I am not one to one member as they have to tidy up and help out the other customers. To be honest, I understand that they have to help out other customers too. However, I was not asking questions to the staff at that time, I was replying them when they came to talk to me while I was waiting for my software update to complete. That manager did not even know what was going on and telling me off. I think this is not a polite way to treat a customer. I am not happy with such kind of behaviour at all. I have spent over £2000 for macbook, iPod and iPhone. I have been a loyal customer to apple, however, I never got satisfactory help from apple Trafford staff. There are a few nice people there. It is impressive to meet nice staff, yet, it is very annoying to come across with mean staff like that manager. So, for future advice, if you'd like help from apple, just ring to apple customer service from Texas and Cork directly.
