  I am just writing to state how helpful and understanding your staff were when my wife bought an ipad2 from the Cardiff store. The young lady (unfortunately I have forgotten her name) who served us was so patient and took her time to explain everything to my wife.

  My wife has never been interested in having a computer at home, until she saw the i-Pad being advertised on the television. I could not believe that she asked me to go into town to the Mac store to see one. Unfortunately you didn't have any in at the time because of the tsunami problems in Japan.

  She rang practically everyday until she eventually got hold of one.

  Once again thank you very much for putting my wife into the 21st century.
