Detailed description:
Asset Management, electric motor, pump, gearbox and generators service, repair and supply services with large capacity 40 tonne in house lifting. Load test bed- AC medium/ high voltage & DC, 7 metre deep Pump Test Pit, permanent magnet motor test bed, Pyrolosis Ovens. Extensive Fabrication & machining workshops, Vibration and balancing analysis and correction.
Predictive and preventative maintenance including thermography, vibration analysis and root cause database maintenance. Trade counter offering extensive engineering stocks.
Site services including fault finding, balancing, laser alignment and installation or removal of plant. ISO9001:2000, ISO14001 and SIRA Atex certified repairs.
