Since 1986 Animal Mission has taken dogs, cats, puppies and kittens from familes whose changing circumstances cause them to part with a much loved pet.
These pets are cared for in a rural, family environment, until suitable permanent homes are found. No accepted animal is destroyed.
Although we accept 'homeable pets' from any area, prospective pet owners must be within a reasonable checking distance, in the Home Counties. New homes must comply with the policies of the charity with regard to accommodation, family structure and time available for love and care.
As a small charity, funds are always stretched, Food, Bedding, Vet's fees, Worming, Inoculations, Heat & light, are just some everyday expenses.

We have found a young parrot
sandraBSo that's what I would have never thought in life that we were once a young parrot is really tame would find. That was something very special, he flew to us and although I immediately fell in love with this animal, we could not keep him because of our cat. So we have informed the animal shelter and a nice lady from the shelter came to take the young parrots immediately.
