Andrew Marsden graduated with an Honours degree in Business from Bradford where he received a scholarship in accountancy. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from Anglia Ruskin.
Andrew began his career as a Unilever Trainee. In his 15 years with them he worked widely across their food portfolio.
After Unilever he joined Freudenberg Vileda becoming Managing Director achieving a profit turnaround for the business.
