Andrew Dixon and Company is an independent firm of chartered surveyors who specialise in commercial, retail and industrial property. Based at our Cannock office, we would be delighted to offer our advice and assistance with any commercial property matters. Andrew Dixon and Company's Cannock office was established in 1996 when Edward Home teamed up with Katharine Cope. We specialise in commercial, industrial, office and retail properties and focus in particular on the Staffordshire and West Midland markets.
Detailed description:
We endeavour to provide our clients with swift, frank and honest advice and to assist in all aspects of the sector. Our clients include the main clearing banks, pension funds, publicly listed and private property companies, Local Government Development Agencies/Authorities and Private Individuals. Both Katharine and Edward are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Edward also sits on the regional committee for the Industrial Agent's Society, which is a national body dealing with business users and their requirements.
We also continue to be involved with residential land disposals and we are well versed with national developer's requirements and current values. Our properties are featured in the local free papers including the Cannock Chase Chronicle, Chase Post and the Cannock & Lichfield Mercury.
We also feature in the Express & Star supplements and also the Property News and Estates Gazette with commercial property features.
