Andrew has been involved in the catering business for over 20 years and prior to setting up the consultancy in 2001 ran a multi site catering contract, set up his own 70 seater restaurant and project managed the restoration of and ran a 31 bedroom Country House Hotel.
As well as advising clients Andrew has lectured the TMA (theatrical Management Association) on catering delivery, operational issues and margin management and last year was engaged to consult on a £..m leisure destination project in Dubai.
Andrew’s relaxed friendly manner and approach puts clients immediately at ease and view him as an additional member of their team many staying in contact long after the work has finished. His knowledge of working at the practical end of a catering operation ensures that all recommendations are possible and he has an established network of catering contacts at his disposal whether it be coffee supplies, equipment suppliers or furniture.
