Our hotel is the perfect base for your stay whether it’s for a golfing break or just to get away and enjoy the wonderful scenery and attractions the West of Scotland offers. With welcoming fires, large sea-view rooms, large garden area and a warm welcome from our team of staff who take pride in making your time at The Anchorage Hotel very enjoyable.
The P&O ferry terminal and local train station are a short walk from the hotel, with the train station offering excellent rail links. Prestwick airport is approximately 10 minutes drive and Glasgow city centre 30 minutes drive from the hotel.
The bar area is very popular with locals and visitirs alike and our
team of experienced staff take pride in giving excellent customer service. We have a wide range of drinks available for your choice including a number of malt whiskeys and a wine list offering fine wines from all over the world.
In the summer months our large garden area, with a number
of tables is a great place to enjoy a meal and a few drinks
