A neurological physiotherapist is a physiotherapist who is specialized in the treatment of people who have suffered an injury to the central nervous system. Our therapists are skilled in providing neurological physiotherapy treatment in the community. Clients can be seen at home, in the gym, and in the office so that the treatment is meaningful to the individual. For clinic based neurological rehabilitation treatment in London, access to clinics and gymnasiums in several London locations can be arranged. For neurological rehabilitation treatment in Brighton and East Sussex, our clinic is based at The Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, Warren Road, Brighton BN2 6DX. We are also able to establish regular nursing home visits. Our services offer: In depth specialist assessment and neurological rehabilitation treatment which is challenging but achievable.

Goal orientated treatment. Home exercise program. SAEBO FLEX programme. Advice and assistance on maintaining fitness. Access to Pilates, reflexology and massage.

Acupuncture in neurological conditions provided by a neurological physiotherapist. Specialist seating/ wheelchair and Postural assessment and needs. Assessment and advanced rehabilitation using the Bioness FES H200 hand orthosis and the L300 drop foot orthosis. When needed we will liaise and refer to other healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, clinical psychologists, and orthotists. A neurological physiotherapist will also able to offer ongoing advice and/or a maintenance programme to maintain a level of function and to prevent deterioration.
