Short profile:
As well as a very full and broad curriculum which includes our Creative Partnership work on arts related subjects the curriculum is taught through lively and interactive activities. The children have opportunities for local visits, Herstmonceux Science Centre, Drusillas, De La Warr Pavilion How we Lived Then, and for those further afield - Hever Castle, British Museum, Brighton Museum, Cuckmere Haven. After School activities vary according to staff interest and coaching availability. This year they have included - Gardening, choir, string ensemble, soccer, netball, tennis, ICT, fitness club, cooking and book group. We have peripatetic music teachers who provide lessons for keyboard and violin.
