All Mod Comms Profile
I have worked for British Telecom for 23 years and since leaving BT have continued to work in Telecoms for a further 9 years. During this Telecom experience I have had involvement in Modems, ISDN, Private Circuits, Cat 5 cabling and Fax. My latest telecom experience has been in Call Centres on Lucent/ Avaya Definity switches and equipment. I have also had many courses and experience of CMS CentreVu, Repartee voicemail, Audix Voicemail.

Detailed description:
Telephone Socket Installation I can move or provide additional telephone sockets where you need them in a house/ office situation. Telephone Maintenance and Faulting I can fault most types of home telephone installation and if I haven't come across yours before I am sure that I have a friend that has. As for business phone systems I have lots of experience of Avaya or Lucent Definity and would be able to help with most problems. Telephone Bells If you have a situation where you want a large external bell then I can help you either by attaching a length of cable onto a bell to suit you and sending you a plug in kit which you would only have to screw to the wall and plug into a phone socket. Alternatively I will come and install it for you.
Telephone Conversion/ Refurbishment If you have an older dial telephone that doesn't have a modern plug on it I can get it working for you. Router Installation If you would like me to install a router for you whether it be the wireless variety or wired I can help. I have most experience with Netgear wireless and wired routers but given the manual or some time I could set others up for you. Cat 5 Cable Installation I installed Cat 5 cable while I was employed by BT so have experience of flood wiring office blocks, terminating patch panels and terminating cat 5 sockets and Krone terminations.
Door Entry systems I have experience of Videx systems and I can quote you for both wired and wireless systems, if you'd like to tell me your requirements I will check on current prices and give you a quotation Telephone equipment.
