Alby Crafts is one of Norfolks top attractions, home to a dozen craft businesses from stained glass and woodturning to sculpture and ceramics Plus with 4 acres of nationally renowned gardens and tea rooms, it's a great day out. Situated at the edge of the beautiful Norfolk Broads and a pebble's throw away from the idyllic North Norfok coast, Alby Crafts has been established for over thirty years. During that time it has been home to around fifty resident craftpeople.
Detailed description:
Imagine spending a day among some of Norfolk's finest craftspeople surrounded by four acres of carefully tended gardens and ponds. The attractive brick and flint Norfolk farm buildings also accommodate a gallery and gift shop, furniture showroom and tearooms. Crafts from a wider area are on display in the Gallery set within the beautiful barn at the centre of the complex.
Alongside are the Saffron Tearooms where Emma Wright provides visitors with refreshments and delicious home cooked local food. A leisurely walk around a nationally renowned garden will complete a splendid day out.
Opening Times Tuesday to Sunday (until Christmas eve) & Bank Holiday Mondays, 10am to 5pm.
