Joanna301181I have been using the blue & yellow ones with the little balls in (capsules) I Have 1 mid morning and they work.. I dont constantly think about food like I was doing:-/
I've since joined the gym and I'm losing the weight steadily every week ive lost over a stone so far:) I would recommend these ones if you havent tried any before they have the least side effects I don't have any! You must not starve yourself though- eat healthy! and drink water and obviously the more active you are the better the results you will see!
Your body gets used to the pills so I suggest having a few weeks off then starting again or change them around every month

I was eating £45 worth Of crisps & chocolate;) not now though:) the doctor will weigh you do your blood pressure and decode which pills are best for you,
Don't expect miracles they don't make you lose weight they surpress your appetite you need to have the will power & motivation and you'll see good results:-) good luck!

Miss alexxanaI lost more then a stone with them i read other comments saying afther second time did not work as the same,That happen to me and is a solution try taking two a day or take two and two day you will see will work.xx

trying to lossi started taking the pink pill little over a week ago, And have lost 4lb some people may not think thats alot but to me who has been dieting for 5 years and getting no were this is grate just hope the Lbs keep coming off, Good luck to all that try

silveyI have been on the pink tablets but they are not working anymore dont seem to be losing as much as i did in the first month can anyone recommend which ones are the best. thanks

- ljd :worth worth it, i lost one and half stone without exercise in one month, however i would recommend working out whilst on the pills. Im now in the gym and have tonned up and lost a total of 2 stone in 2 months. Good luck x
