Finding the perfect venue for a meeting, conference, seminar, golf day, party, etc requires time and expertise. With the experience and knowledge of our Conference Executives you can rest assured of quality driven results, and cost effective solutions.

From your initial contact, one of our Conference Executives will establish the aims of your event, along with the style, layout, structure and presentation needs - not forgetting detailed information relating to your refreshment and menu preferences. At this initial point we will build a picture of what you are aiming to achieve from the event and will proceed on these specifications along with any budgetary restrictions you may define.

Calder will, based on your individual requirements, source and negotiate rates and terms of the event with a venue(s). We then forward you detailed proposals with all costings outlined, along with specifics of each venue. Calder can often improve on the initial rate proposal, once we have received your confirmation of the event and venue.

To assist you in the decision making process, Calder can arrange site inspections for you, or undertake them on your behalf.

When you have decided upon your chosen venue we will formally confirm with the venue, clearly outlining the finer details of your event. We can also assist in the detailed organisation and administration, we will be pleased to liaise with your chosen venue on the finer details of your event.
