Befriending - Visiting older people in their own homes. Available in Newport, Monmouthshire or Caerphilly Borough. Luncheon Clubs or Locality Clubs - Helping to serve meals or refreshments, wash-up, chat with the service users or take part in activities e.g. quizzes, board games, exercise.
Available in Monmouthshire and Caerphilly Borough. Hospital Discharge Support - Give support to older people recently discharged from hospital. Available throughout Gwent.
Healthy Living Projects - Assisting at sessions organised for older people and carers; Helping to serve refreshments, washing up and chatting to the service users. Available in Monmouthshire and Blaenau Gwent
