Brights is a centre assisting to improve the quality of life of older people in Rainham and the surrounding areas, ensuring the 50+ maximise their potential to live fulfilling and enjoyable lives.
Brights Centre is a safe, happy and welcoming environment and provides a hub for many aspects of community support.
Activites were suggested by those attending the Centre and we offer board and card games, music, exercise, entertainment, arts and crafts, puzzles, singalongs, outings and new friendship opportunities. In the warmer months the garden is used for barbecues and garden parties. Anyone not wishing to join in with activities can relax in the lounge area and read or socialise with new friends. Entertainment is regularly provided.
