Detailed description:
All advanced environmental services Limited surveys are carried out in accordance with the strict guidelines set by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) under the Method for Determination of Hazardous Substances (MDHS). All of our surveyors are qualified to the P402 status.
Dependant upon the aim and purpose of your requirement AES can provide 3 different types of asbestos survey, as follows:-
Type 1 Survey - the objective of this survey, as far as reasonably practicable, is to locate the presence and extent of any suspect materials containing asbestos in the building and to assess their condition. This is a non-intrusive survey and no samples are taken and it is conducted by means of a visual inspection only.
Type 2 Survey - the objective and procedures used in this survey are the same as for a Type 1 survey except that representative samples are collected and analysed for the presence of asbestos. This is an intrusive survey.
Type 3 Survey - this is an intrusive survey with the objective of locating and describing any materials containing asbestos in the building. The inspection can be destructive and is normally used in buildings that are to be demolished. A full sampling programme is undertaken to identify possible materials containing asbestos enabling any that is found to be removed safely prior to demolition of the building.
At advanced environmental services Limited we pride ourselves in providing a safe and full end to end service to our clients. To achieve this we offer PVCu soffit and rainwater guttering goods to our clients in order to reinstate structures after the removal of asbestos profiled roofing.
