Detailed description:
It is our practice policy to give patients full information about the cost of their dental work before any treatment is undertaken. We will provide all patients with a printed estimate of the charges involved in treatment. All new patients are informed regarding basic fees payable such as new patient examination Hygienist visit and radiographs. Small radiographs are provided free as part of the new patient examination.
For more complex treatments and full written report and costing will be sent to the patient and then discussed on a follow up appointment.
A written estimate and treatment plan will be provided.
We offer patients a range of payment options, depending on their needs.
You may pay for your dental care by cheque, cash, or credit/debit card. We also offer payment plans using our finance partners Medenta.
Our normal policy is that patients are asked to pay a proportion each visit and the balance on completion.
