We are one of the largest and well established GP surgeries in Blackpool, serving almost 11, 000 patients from our Adelaide Street (Central Blackpool) and Kentmere Drive (Mereside) surgeries. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from our reception team. You will be asked to provide identification and proof of address in order to complete your registration.

Whether you visit the Adelaide Street Practice or the Harris Medical Centre, you are a valued patient of ours. Our team includes five full-time GPs, an advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) and five senior nurses, as well as our practice business manager, deputy practice manager, two senior receptionists, two secretaries and 15 reception staff. We offer a full medical service with specialist clinics for coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, minor surgery, maternity and child health.
We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. Our aim is to keep our patients fit and healthy.
Prevention is far better than cure, and many serious conditions can be prevented by a healthy lifestyle. Appointments for the following health clinics can be made through the reception staff at your registered surgery.
