For the energetic there are walks on the south downs, swimming, tennis, bowling, sailing, fishing, windsurfing, diving, paragliding, running, clay pigeon shooting and quad biking to name just a few of the activities on offer.

Adastral Hotel is a Victorian Villa situated 200 meters from Hove seafront. We have the capacity for 44 guests in 19 tastefully decorated rooms, all en-suite and arranged as single, double, twin, triple or family rooms. They are all equipped with TVs and hospitality trays. Hove town centre with its shops, clubs, restaurants and pubs is 10 minutes walk away. We are a family run hotel and started as a guest house in the early fifties and were acquired by the present owners in 1987. The hotel was extended and modernised in the early nineties.
