Active outdoor sport provides events, Lake Swim Centre, training and leisure breaks based around open water swimming, cycling, running and triathlon to motivate and inspire you. Whether you love crazy physical challenges and getting the best out of yourself or just want to immerse yourself in the beautiful natural environment that is the Norfolk Broads and Waveney Valley then we can provide the experience, the adventure and the challenge.
Detailed description:
The main base for our activities is Fritton Lake Country Park, which includes the Fritton Lake Swim Centre. Our events consist of triathlons, aquathlons and sea swims. These range in distances from super sprints through to Olympic.
We also offer a range of training days and coaching suitable for novices at other venues around Norfolk. Our leisure breaks are based in Norfolk.
Here you can explore the beautiful countryside and sights on one of the cycling breaks, or you can enjoy open water swimming accompanied with a host of other activities that Fritton Lake provides.
