Active Audio Recording Studio Harrogate: North Yorkshire's Premier Recording Studio, perfectly suited for Live Bands, Duo's, Solo Artists, Acoustic Ensembles and Commercial Voice Overs. The Studio features a 48 track digital recording suite with the facilities of analogue mixing to 1/4" tape for the classic sound.

Detailed description:
Active Audio Recording Studios is based around a 48 channel Soundtracs Megas console with 24 returns. This analogue signal is then taken and processed through high quality analogue to digital converters.
All audio is recorded onto an extremely high spec PC using the latest technology in digital recording software and layered onto separate tracks for further mixing and manipulation.
Any effects, eq or compression can be applied within the digital recording PC or alternatively by using outboard FX units.
With the 2 largest live rooms and a third avaliable with prior notice, in this area and a total of 48 simultaneous analogue inputs available, there are pretty much no limitations on what we can do. We also offer Tape, Vinyl and Reel to Reel transfer to CD.
