Whether you join a tough UK team event like the Three Peaks Challenge; get on your bike and cycle across Tanzania in Africa or hike the Himalayas in Nepal your participation will make a huge difference.
We have lots of exciting new challenges coming up including a brand new women-only cycle ride in Kenya - Women V Cancer; a fantastic London to Paris bike ride for the spinal injury charity Regain and a new Argentina to Chile cycle challenge for The Urology Foundation.
