Act One Drama Studio has successfully run drama classes and workshops in Sheffield, since August 1994. Our goal is to give professional knowledge to our students by employing trained professionals. We want students to have fun and learn at the same time using acting techniques all can enjoy. Weekly drama classes and holiday workshops are for any student wanting to improve their confidence & acting ability.
We run classes for 6-11 year olds, 11-16 year olds, 16-19 year olds and an Adult class.

Act One Drama Studio has successfully run drama classes and workshops in Sheffield, since August 1994. Our goal is to give professional knowledge to our students by employing trained professionals. We want students to have fun and learn at the same time using acting techniques all can enjoy. Weekly drama classes and holiday workshops are for any student wanting to improve their confidence & acting ability.
We run classes for 6-11 year olds, 11-16 year olds, 16-19 year olds and an Adult class. The drama workshops are for ages 4-15. Each year we put on a full scale production at a local theatre, take part in several festivals and acting competitions, offer LAMDA examinations, private tuition, drama school entry & audition techniques.
Whether you just want to build confidence and have fun or wish to pursue a career in dramatic arts, the directors will guide and instruct to suit your needs. Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level, we welcome all ages to come and join in!
