Our single focus is to provide customers with the easiest, fastest and the most cost effective route to obtaining low volume plastic moulded components.
Our modern, high tech toolroom has helped us cut lead times which result in an average time from CAD data to moulded component of 2 -3 weeks.
Unlike many of our competitors, we produce all our tooling in tool steel and not aluminium. This allows us to harden our tooling, which is then capable of producing thousands of parts.
As we specialise in prototype tooling, the need to modify parts quickly is essential to our customers. We can generally modify tools and re-submit samples within days.
We pride ourselves on having the ability to achieve the end result without compromising or restricting the customer's design or concept - unlike many rapid tooling manufacturers.
