I offer couple counselling and individual therapy. Initial session is opportunity to meet and for you to ask any questions you might have with no obligation. My private practice is based in York and is easily accessible via, public transport and car, or a 15/20 minute walk from the city centre. Free on street parking. I also offer Workplace and Family Mediation and Workplace Training.
Detailed description:
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including: Child related issues, post traumatic stress disorder; abuse; depression, anxiety, stress; relationship issues, low self esteem/confidence, anger management, parenting, work related issues and bullying. Additionally I have studied Therapeutic Group Work at York University in 2000/2001, I hold the FE 7307 Teaching Certificate and I am an Accredited Parenting Programme Facilitator.
