Our units take the place of the standard brick built or stone cesspit and, in brief, operate by guiding all household waste water into the sewage treatment plant where it passes through a specifically designed media bed which breaks down the waste matter. After a final settlement you are able to discharge to any watercourse. In some instances it may be possible to convert the existing septic tank into a bio filter, a site survey would be required to establish condition of existing system. We only install the highest quality treatment plants and sewage systems. They are constructed to the specification detailed by British standards in BS:6297 1983 and the pH standards detai led in EN 12566-3:2005.
