    After spending several hundred pounds on a damaged awning, i was told that i must have damaged it !!

    Very rude staff, stay away

    It is a pity that some of the Staff at this premises are not taught CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP, i.e. communication skills. It is a pity, as this shop has everything that is needed for Caravanning/camping, but one does not need to be faced with rude and abnoxious staff when one goes in to purchase itmes. Even to be told that there is no such thing, just because you are a WOMAN, does not make good customer relationship

    Apalling service,really defensive and agressive when I tried to take my tent back after the poles cracked and ripped through the tent. AVOID THIS PLACE...

    can not recommend this company, service none, friendly no, wanted to spend at least £1000, the way they treated me I walked out and spent my money on blacks swansea.
