NessienooDont book this company. They took our money upfront and then didnt collect us on our return journey. We booked this for a special occasion and we were very upset. No explanation, no apologies, no refund! Cant even get hold of them now, no return calls or email. They even kindly 'looked after' my CDs for the return journey, which are now stolen. Daylight robbery

- spaarkz: I booked a 20 seater Hummer with A1 Stretch for a Hen Party to and from Ascot on Sat 23rd July 2011. Appalling service. Totally Unprofessional - Shocking waste of money - £655 for 2 hours Limo service. Driver Mustafa texted me in the morning to say price didn't include the tip. He failed to decorate the Hummer with Banners as agreed when I booked. I even gave him some balloons to decorate the Hummer for the return journey but he just looked at me like it was a massive inconvenience and said he'd see. Shortly after he dropped us at Ascot he called me to say he got a parking ticket, it was our fault and we'd have to reimburse him £60. I advised him it was his responsibility to park legally, not mine - he did not agree with me. Nobody saw any police nor witnessed him getting a parking ticket. He called me 30 minutes before our appointed collection time to say to come outside as he was approaching Ascot and did not want to get another ticket. I asked him to find somewhere legal to park if possible but he said he couldn't. We went outside to the same point where we dropped off. 40 minutes later he still wasn't there - when I called to ask him where he was and why he was late he accused me of being rude and said he wouldn't collect us. He turned his phone off and refused to answer further calls. He never came and left 18 people stranded at Ascot. We had to get 3 taxis in the end back to Wokingham. I believe he was gone to another job and never had any intention of collecting us. The Limo Company AI Stretch have refused to acknowledge the problem in writing or reply to any of my e-mails. I did receive one phone call saying they would look into it but no more. I called them back on the 27th and the owner said he thought the driver had a nervous breakdown but has refused to confirm anything in writing. I Will be reporting A1 Stretch to the Trading Standards. R Waldron
