Really Patient and Helpful
KatAVRILLO really helped me, when to be perfectly honest, I really did need some help and luck on my side.
I was selling a small freehold property - they explained all the jargon and broke down the hard stuff, so a simpleton like me could understand it ;)
Anyhow, I all I'd really like to say is that they were a fabulous team and a pleasure to instruct!

LauraDI actually wasn't going to use this company as I had a friend who was going to work for me at a much lower cost than any company could offer.
My house was a 3 bedroom, mid-terraced freehold property, that needed to be sold following my break-up with my husband.
Unfortunately my friend let me down, so I reluctantly went with AVRILLO.
My reluctance soon turned to appreciation.
The solicitor I dealt with handled me very gently and gave me the time to understand those parts that were a little complicated.
I did read a few mixed reviews about them, but in the end I am glad I trusted my instinct, as they completed in under 4 weeks and turned those negative memories into cash in my pocket and with very little aggrevation.
Leo, I got to say here that you were a star!

Mr WCompletely disagree with the reviews above. Original quote was a lot better than anyone else I tried, the hidden charges ‘Chez’ is talking about I think refers to is a clearly laid out document detailing all the additional services they may have to undertake on your behalf.
A solicitor can’t provide a complete quote for the whole process of a purchase. They can only outline their costs. I also disagree with ‘Rab’, at all times every member of staff was polite and did everything they could to help me with my purchase.
I didn’t feel like it was sales at all. I had a personal relationship throughout my process with the team, who advised me of the minefield that buying a leasehold property can be. They even went as to go so far as to apologies for my mistake!
You don’t get service like this anymore. After my transaction with them, I’ll be using them again if I buy another property in London.

PetJamesIts the best service I used.Dont rely on anyone else because they are time wasters. A V Rillo finish the work faster then anyone else so less chance to lose money on any sides. I just bought a house and contact them with one of my friend gave me referance. They are friendly and fast.
