• Poor approach to customer service

  The pharmacy, in my view, tends to work in fairly chaotic fashion, I have experienced several small mistakes by staff, but my main criticism would be the extremely poor approach to complaints. After mixing up my items and bagging them wrongly I felt blamed when my wife unwittingly unpacked my items. The approach taken by Millers management was, in my mind, very poor, made assumptions, quoted services that were not offered to me at the time as if they were my responsibility etc etc . As a journalist working within social publishing I find the approach Millers took toward me unacceptable.
