    I took a part back that was no longer required and i have been made to pay, and it was off the shelf, wasnt like it was ordered in espesherly for me!!!, the old fella serving was misrable and had a attitude problem, the customer service was discreaceful, never again!!!!!, if your not happy in your job get a new one, its the customers that pay your wages after all!!!!, you dont get a service with a smile off these lot, TMS all the way
