Managing Director Neil Johnson has over forty years experience in the construction industry, from beginning his working life as an architectural assistant to opening his own architectural design office at the age of twenty one.

Your dedicated project manager will manage the flow of people. We'll work on one floor while your business continues on another. And we have compliance experts to ensure proper health and safety conditions as work is carried out.
Over the next few years Neil invented, patented and produced his own system of partitioning. The system was finally made available by a national manufacturer.
3rd Party Solutions is an accredited member of the NHBC and has built several new dwellings as well as converting many existing buildings for clients in the commercial and industrial world. The company is an enthusiastic member of the Construction Industry Training Board and annually participates in the Work Experience Scheme, providing students from Kingsley College in Redditch the opportunity to be part of a working environment.
In 2005 the company purchased their own property in Arthur Street, Redditch. The existing single-storey office block was run-down and required a complete refurbishment. After a complete gutting of the property's interior, it has now been restored to a pristine condition including a new roof, double glazing, electrics, low pressure hot water system, suspended ceilings, partitioning and flooring. The property is open for all existing, or potentially new, clients to view and comment on the quality of the work. The care taken in our own building is reflected in the way we look after our clients. After all, the proof of the pudding . . .
