The clinic has a very welcoming team lead by Clinic Manager Ann-Louise Lewis, supported by Non-surgical Patient Care Co-ordinator Wendy Roche. Our non-surgical practitioner Dawn Richardson will look after your requirements for line and wrinkle reduction, peels, dermal fillers and other treatments, while Julie Brayshaw, our clinic nurse will look after the needs of surgical patients. The clinic is also open 2 Saturdays each monthand 1 night per week until 8pm (please call for details).
IVF Wales (formerly The Cardiff Assisted Reproduction Unit) was opened in 1988. The Unit functions as both a secondary and tertiary referral centre offering NHS and self funding treatments for couples having difficulty conceiving. The Unit is licensed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) for in vitro fertilisation (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and donor treatments. Patients referred to the Unit who are not eligible to be considered for assisted reproduction can still attend an NHS consultation and undertake possible investigations. Referrers will be notified on receipt of the original referral that the patient may not proceed to assisted reproduction.
