TLC Nurseforce is an agency providing nursing staff and care workers to both the private and public sectors. Our aim is to support people who want to be cared for while living in their own homes, by giving them the very best care services to meet their different and changing needs. Our commitment is to provide continuity of care through rapid response to requests, using the most professional and qualified staff available. TLC Nurseforce has a wide range of qualified staff. These include staff with experience in areas such as ITU, Scrub & Recovery theatre, HDU, Care of the Elderly, practice nursing, oncology, orthopaedics, general surgery/medicine, midwifery and cardiology. Our care Staff have NVQ qualifications and have multi-faceted experience with providing care in nursing homes and hospitals. TLC also provide specialist support to people with learning and mental health problems and work closely with NHS Cambridgeshire and Cambridgeshire Social Services.

We constantly review our control procedures to make sure that every element of our service – and every Allied Healthcare Group worker – is fully compliant with our Quality Management System. This system is defined by the principles of ISO 9001:2008, government legislation, industry best practice and is monitored constantly by our Internal Audit Team. Each branch also receives a Quality Management system tool kit, which is regularly updated to ensure that each Allied Healthcare representative works to the same high standards

Careforce provides domiciliary care homecare services from a network of local branches around the UK We provide a range of support services that enable people to remain living independently in their own homes Working with Local Authorities or private clients, We provide hourly care for the elderly, people with learning difficulties or physical disabilities As well as hourly care we have a dedicated Live in Care division for people who need 24 hour care in their own home
