CAS is the official trading arm established by Citizens Advice to make our services and expertise more available to the wider community. The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers. Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.

Who can we help? All Families, Children and Young people who have or may have Additional Learning Needs, including Special Educational Needs / Disabilities, and other barriers e.g. children in need, disaffection, poverty, deprivation, English or Welsh as a second language who live in Wales. Carers, Professionals, and others who support Children and Young people including Schools, Colleges and other Community Education Establishments.
