'Philip James' was founded in Leicestershire in 1946 by Mr James, a well-respected, traditional painter and decorator. In 1976, Mr James inherited a building firm and the two companies were merged, becoming 'Philip James Limited'.

Maynard Mortimer Master Decorators were established in 1979 and have since been offering painting and decorating services to business and domestic customers throughout West Yorkshire Not only have we serviced our customers, but over the years we have also taught students at local colleges the required practical skills and techniques needed in the trade
