Telephone lines are open: 8.15am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday; and 8.15am to 4.30pm Friday. The Service Personnel & Veterans Agency (SPVA) provides pay, pension and support services to both Military Personnel and the Veterans Community, directly serving around 900, 000 personnel. SPVA is currently situated over four main sites from Glasgow in the north to Gosport on the south coast. It is a tri-Service organisation and works with HP as its commercial partner.
