Holly Tree Riding School and Equestrian Centre is a BHS approved Riding, Equestrian and Road Safety Centre. Established in 1967 and owned by the Robinson Family since 2003 we have over 30 years experience in the Equestrian business. Our aim is to provide the highest standard of help and support to our clients. We can give advice and guidance to people who own a horse for the first time.

The cleaning and maintenance of the tack is essential for its condition. Cleaning should be regular, and leather wax/balsam should be applied to keep it supple, moist and healthy. If leather is left to dry out, it becomes brittle and can literally fall apart and this can happen whilst riding, causing accidents to easily happen, such as a bridle or stirrup leather suddenly breaking. Therefore your tack should be cleaned, maintained and assessed regularly.

Orchard Cottage Riding Stables caters for all riders from absolute beginners through to established riders and has an excellent range of purpose built facilities including an indoor and outdoor school, cross country course and the beautiful North Downs for hacking.
