We currently employ approximately 19, 000 people and we plan to add 600 new shops in the next few years, creating up to 6, 000 new jobs. Our regional bakeries bake food for daily delivery to our shops. We also have 90 in-store bakeries, with skilled craft bakers providing freshly baked food.
